INTRODUCING HNB EXCLUSIVE

 HNB Exclusive is a designer construction contractor specialising in luxury residential projects throughout London and the home counties.

“When we set up HNB five years ago, the first mission was to make sure we set up a sustainable business providing a service that clients not only needed but also enjoyed being a part of. 

 “Construction projects are typically stressful for clients and we wanted to eradicate that as much as possible by creating a relaxed atmosphere, whilst still taking a professional approach to the works and delivering amazing projects. 

“Secondly, we firmly believe that our approach to construction projects would turn first-time HNB clients into lifetime clients who would use our services repeatedly across multiple projects and also recommend us to family and friends.” 

Anthony has been involved in the property and construction industry for over 20 years, spending the best part of a decade as a freelance quantity surveyor for one of the UK’s most respected developers. 

As part of the senior management team, Anthony delivered some of the most exclusive and expensive homes across London in areas such as Knightsbridge, Kensington and Surrey. 

This experience coupled with the expertise of the HNB team has been invaluable in establishing a reputation as an industry-leading brand within the construction industry. 

“Our experience in the construction industry working on some of the most exclusive award-winning projects in the country gives us knowledge and expertise that can be applied to pretty much any scenario or idea that a client has,” says Anthony. 

“As a team of construction professionals, we have always operated in the high-end sector and have consequently developed a speciality in delivering quality projects whether that’s a new build home or the restoration of listed buildings.
