Soneva Fushi – the island escape
At Soneva Fushi, the portfolio of Private Residences range from one-bedroom beachside hideaways, to a sprawling nine-bedroom villa complex. With unmatched sunrise or sunset vistas, each has private jungle gardens and direct access to the soft sandy beach.
A beachside retreat, perfect for families and smaller groups, Villa 45, a 365 sqm (3,928 sqft) Two Bedroom Crusoe Residence with Pool, has ample space for up to six adults. Hidden from view by lush gardens, this luxurious duplex celebrates its stunning natural setting, with a sun-lit terrace and upstairs deck boasting exceptional sea views.

Soneva Jani – the over-water icon
At Soneva Jani, there are two types of Private Residence to choose from: spectacular one- to three-bedroom Water Reserves and Water Retreats, perched directly over the lagoon; or sprawling two and four-bedroom Island Reserves, surrounded by leafy rainforest gardens and just steps from the sands.
